At The Integrated CFO, we work with growing businesses that want clarity, confidence, and control over their numbers. We’re looking for a Management Accountant who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys working across multiple clients, and genuinely likes making systems and processes better.

You’ll support two senior CFOs, work closely with an offshore accountant, and play a key role in improving how we deliver work internally and to clients.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting CFOs across a portfolio of clients with management reporting and analysis
• Preparing and reviewing budgets, forecasts, cash flow models, and scenario analysis
• Reviewing financials and proactively identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Acting as a bridge between CFOs and offshore accounting support to ensure quality and accuracy
• Jumping into client files when needed to resolve issues and keep work moving
• Improving internal systems, processes, and workflows to support scale
• Working closely with bookkeeping and CFO teams to maintain high standards across all clients

This role will suit you if you:

• Have at least 3 years’ experience in management accounting, business advisory, or a similar role
• Are comfortable working across multiple clients and shifting priorities
• Are ready to step away from narrow compliance-only work into more commercial, hands-on advisory
• Take ownership and don’t wait to be told what needs attention
• Enjoy improving systems and how things are done, not just following them
• Communicate clearly and work well as part of a team
• Want to grow into a more senior advisory or CFO-level role over time
• Are happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in when needed

You’ll need

• Strong experience using Xero (non-negotiable)
• Experience or exposure to Karbon and Fathom (highly regarded)
• Advanced Excel skills, including building and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and scenario analysis
• A solid understanding of management reporting, cash flow, and forecasting
• A practical, solutions-focused mindset and strong attention to detail

Salary

$85,000 – $90,000 + super, depending on experience.
