## About the Role
Wesley Group is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join its Human Resources team as a trusted, hands-on partner to the Vice President of Human Resources. This role focuses on employee relations, workplace investigations, policy and handbook administration, professional development, HR operations, and company culture.

## Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a primary resource for employee relations matters, including employee questions, concerns, conflicts, and complaints.
* Conduct and document workplace investigations fairly, consistently, and confidentially.
* Partner with the VP of Human Resources and General Counsel on sensitive employee matters when needed.
* Coach managers on performance concerns, disciplinary actions, and corrective action plans.
* Support performance management processes, including reviews, development conversations, and documentation.
* Promote a positive, fair, and compliant workplace culture aligned with Wesley's values.
* Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and create learning, stretch assignment, and advancement opportunities.
* Assess training needs and source, coordinate, or facilitate development programs.
* Support onboarding, new-manager training, skills-based development, and leadership development.
* Provide leadership for Wesley's Pillars Program and support its continued success.
* Maintain and regularly update the employee handbook across Wesley companies.
* Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
* Monitor federal, state, and local employment law changes and update policies and practices accordingly.
* Address multi-state employment law considerations, including Tennessee and Nevada.
* Communicate policy updates and provide guidance and training to employees and managers.
* Manage the shared HR inbox and develop response templates to improve efficiency.
* Support employee engagement, recognition, and company culture initiatives.
* Help coordinate company-wide events and employee engagement activities.
* Serve as backup for benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other plans.
* Support benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.
* Participate in additional HR projects and duties as assigned.
## Required Qualifications
* 7+ years of progressive human resources experience.
* Demonstrated experience in employee relations and professional development.
* Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and workplace investigation techniques.
* Knowledge of federal and state employment law, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and Title VII.
* Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable HRIS.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
* Strong judgment, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
* Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
## Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Current HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
* Multi-state HR experience, particularly Tennessee and Nevada.
* Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
