A newly launched video chat platform is seeking a digital marketing specialist to drive user engagement and grow its online presence. The role focuses on implementing creative strategies to attract and retain users, leveraging a variety of online communities and social media channels. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and passionate about building vibrant online communities for emerging tech products. Deliverables

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase user sign-ups and engagement.
• Create and share engaging content, including posts and video clips, tailored for platforms such as X/Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, and Discord.
• Actively participate in relevant online communities and forums to promote the platform and foster organic growth.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate product launches on platforms like ProductHunt and IndieHackers to maximize visibility.
• Collaborate with the team to identify new marketing opportunities and optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, preferably for tech startups or online platforms.
• Proficiency in content creation for social media, including short-form video and written posts.
• Familiarity with community engagement on platforms such as Reddit, Discord, and niche forums.
• Knowledge of launching products on ProductHunt, IndieHackers, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote, contract-based role.
