The Role: Paid Search Manager (Senior Exec → Manager)
You’ll be hands-on in launching, managing and scaling paid search across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) and YouTube—and you’ll know how to implement search-led campaigns on social platforms when it makes sense (TikTok Search Ads, Pinterest Search, Reddit Search, and Meta’s search placements).
This is about full-funnel growth: reporting, testing, spend pacing, KPI tracking and turning insight into action.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid search across Google (Search, Shopping, PMax) and YouTube
• Implement search-style campaigns on social (TikTok/Pinterest/Reddit/Meta search placements) to sweep incremental intent
• Own KPIs across CAC, ROAS, AOV, CTR, retention and blended performance
• Build and run testing frameworks across keywords, audiences, creatives, landing paths and offers
• Manage daily/weekly spend pacing against broader growth targets and guard-rails
• Keep hygiene tight: feed health and GMC, naming conventions, UTMs, negatives, Consent Mode v2, enhanced/offline conversions, server-side where needed
• Pull and interpret reporting data to inform strategy and creative direction, then communicate clearly to internal and client teams
• Ensure accounts are structured, scalable and technically sound

What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of hands-on paid search experience (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube)
• Confident across Google Ads, with a track record improving ROAS/CPA at real spend levels
• Comfortable deploying search-led campaigns on social platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit; Meta search placements)
• Strong reporting and analysis skills—you’re in the numbers daily and you can explain cause and effect
• Comfortable managing spend pacing and hitting key performance targets
• You understand creative performance as much as campaign structure, and you brief great copy/creatives when needed
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to operate in fast-moving environments

• Experience with TikTok Search Ads, Pinterest Search, Reddit Ads
• Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, Triple Whale, Northbeam
• Feed management chops and GMC troubleshooting
• Basic SQL/Python or server-side tagging experience
• Background in DTC, eComm, or fast-growing consumer brands
