The Graphic Designer is a key member of the franchisor staff, providing comprehensive support to LAS franchisees in the U.S. and Canada by delivering high-quality graphic design solutions for print, digital, and social media marketing. This role emphasizes visual creativity and brand consistency, developing advertising materials, marketing collateral, and custom graphics that help franchisees effectively promote their services. The Graphic Designer will also collaborate with the Home Office design team on new creative content and ongoing brand initiatives. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

LOCATION: Remote but must live within or near the Greater Philadelphia Region

CLASSIFICATION: Salaried, Exempt

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Deliver a wide range of templated design assets for franchisees—including print materials, digital graphics, and social media content tailored to local marketing needs—by fulfilling requests submitted through a centralized ticket system.
  • Collaborate directly with franchisees to answer design-related questions, explain creative decisions, and provide clear guidance on marketing and advertising best practices.
  • Partner with the Home Office design team on campaigns, creative projects, and brand initiatives, contributing fresh ideas and ensuring cohesive execution.
  • Translate design concepts and marketing strategies into clear, accessible explanations for non-design professionals within our franchise system and at the Home Office.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all franchisee and corporate marketing materials, maintaining a unified visual identity.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple design requests from franchisees, delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.
  • Provide proofreading and light copy editing for marketing and design materials to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist with basic video editing and formatting for marketing projects.

QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, film, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience of account management; small business preferred.
  • Experience in the home care or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Previous work in a corporate environment preferred.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Wrike) and ability to utilize CRM platforms, such as FranConnect.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing electronic files and project details.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to clearly communicate and collaborate across teams and departments.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with, but not limited to, team members, franchisees, vendors, and business associates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate diplomatically and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic, interruption-prone environments.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

  • Must be able to lift, push or pull items weighing up to 10 lbs.
  • Must be able to perform tasks involving a combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stooping, walking, twisting, and climbing stairs.
  • Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that enable these senses to function adequately to fully meet the requirements of this position.
