About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable full-stack applications that power our platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across the entire technology stack, with a passion for building end-to-end solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering to create innovative features and optimize existing systems. This role offers the opportunity to influence how real estate investing becomes more accessible and user-friendly, contributing to our mission of democratizing wealth-building through technology. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a full stack software engineer
• Strong expertise in cloud-native development using AWS (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB)
• Proficiency in building SPAs and APIs with React.js and supporting backend services
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and TypeScript in production environments
• Proven ability to write and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment workflows
• Deep understanding of secure coding practices and addressing OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities
• Experience working with modern full stack frameworks such as Next.js and styling systems like Tailwind CSS
• Comfort working with AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and quality
• Strong front-end skills with a focus on mobile-first UI design
• Experience architecting scalable, secure cloud systems, especially in AWS or Google Cloud
• Ability to design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
• Interest or experience in systems programming languages such as Rust
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity, quality, and accountability

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure full-stack applications
• Build and support modern single-page applications (SPAs), APIs, and supporting services
• Integrate third-party data sources within relational and NoSQL databases
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code using Python, TypeScript, SQL, and React
• Apply rigorous testing practices, including unit and integration testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Stay updated with emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve development processes
• Contribute to system architecture decisions, ensuring scalability and security
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment workflows
• Implement secure coding practices and address potential vulnerabilities proactively
• Work with AI-powered development tools to accelerate development cycles without compromising quality
