Talent Acquisition Partner

Role Description

Beacon Lane Consulting is continuously seeking experienced recruiters and sourcers to join our fully remote team on a contract basis. Depending on client needs, you may focus on strategic talent sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, or a combination of both.

In this role, you'll partner directly with client hiring managers and Beacon Lane team members to develop search strategies, identify and engage top talent, manage candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent across a variety of industries and functions.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through phone and video interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and develop search strategies.
• Present qualified candidates and provide thoughtful market insights throughout the search.
• Manage recruiting activity within client ATS.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offers, and negotiations.
• Deliver a seamless, professional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with internal Beacon Lane team members to share best practices and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting across corporate, technical, professional, or executive-level roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate engagement skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to build and maintain diverse talent pipelines while effectively engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while remaining highly responsive and collaborative.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in corporate recruiting, embedded recruiting, contract recruiting, or RPO environments is preferred.
