Position: Technical Sales Representative – Industrial Installation and Machine Relocation Services (Country travel)PositionSummary We’re looking for a colleague to join us as a Technical Sales Representative and help grow our presence in Slovakia, focusing on industrial installation, relocation, and engineering services. In this field-based, client-facing role, you will take the lead in identifying new business opportunities, building a strong client network, and directly contributing to the company’s growth in the region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial sector
  • Build and maintain a strong client network across Slovakia
  • Actively approach potential clients and develop new partnerships
  • Develop long-term relationships with key clients
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored technical solutions
  • Analyse project requirements and support cost estimation and offer preparation
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver solutions
  • Follow project progress and ensure client satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activities
  • Contribute to commercial strategy and market development

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales / business development (minimum 2–5 years)
  • Background in industrial, engineering, technical services, or manufacturing sectors
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to understand technical projects and client requirements
  • Experience in client acquisition and relationship building
  • Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Driving licence (Category B)

Languages

  • Slovak – fluent
  • English – conversational level
  • Additional languages are a plus
