Real Estate Advertising Sales Executive - Italian Market

Position Overview:

Properstar is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Independent Contractor for the role of Regional Sales Representative. This role is focused on business development, promoting Properstar’s real estate advertising services, and driving new client acquisition. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, real estate, or digital marketing and is eager to leverage their network to grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Promote Properstar’s international real estate listing platform to real estate professionals, agents, developers, and brokers in Italy.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow the client portfolio.
  • This position requires high-volume outreach and engagement. Averaging 30 calls per day + SMS, Whatsapp and email communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to the Italian market.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to adapt solutions to local needs.
  • Gather and analyze strategic insights on the Italian real estate market.
  • Achieve sales targets set by management.
  • Utilize Properstar’s approved systems and tools to document sales activities, track prospects, and manage client interactions.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the real estate or PropTech sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Italian real estate market.
  • Proactive, results-driven, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with Properstar’s internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Opportunity for career advancement to a Team Leader role managing a local sales team.

Compensation Structure:

  • Hourly rate + sales bonus
  • Starting with 25 hours per week. Opportunity to grow once settled in the role. 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fluency in Italian with the ability to speak English as well.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, real estate, or digital advertising.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
  • Self-motivated and able to independently manage business development efforts. - Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot) and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to build and maintain a professional network within the real estate industry.

Additional Information:

  • This is an independent contractor position, not an employee role.
  • Contractors have full autonomy in managing their business development activities.
  • Properstar provides marketing materials, sales support, and access to proprietary tools to support client engagement.
