What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
  • Screen, manage, and respond to emails and communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Provide executive administrative support for projects, including analyses and documentation
  • Coordinate deadlines and completion of special projects, reports, and presentations
  • Assist in vendor negotiations and resource bidding

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • At least 10 years of administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in developing presentations and materials for executive management
  • Familiarity with task management software
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information
  • Experience in interviewing candidates
