Business Travel Consultant

Business travel consultants, Remote based in Germany - Required for one of the fastest growing tech travel company in the world. You will be using your fluent German and English as well as GDS knowledge to support corporate travellers via the App, calls and emails. Paying up to circa 48,000 Euros plus benefits, Monday to Friday shifts between 7am and 7pm.

Business travel consultants duties

• Provide top tier support via chat , calls and email
• Book hotels, flights, car and rail bookings using a GDS
• Guide customers in self service options on the App
• Respond promptly, meeting SLA expectations
• Quickly assess customer needs , urgency and preferences

Business travel consultants skills required

• 5 years plus experience as a travel consultant, Business travel consultant or airline reservations agent
• Fluent in German and English
• 3 years plus GDS experience, either Galileo, sabre or Amadeus
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
