Frontend Software Engineer | $120/hr Remote

Position: Frontend Software Engineer (React, TypeScript, JavaScript)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $80–$120/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and validate real-world frontend coding benchmarks using React, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Curate benchmark tasks by sourcing issues, solutions, and test cases from production-level repositories.
• Design and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests to verify solution correctness.
• Debug, optimize, and document benchmark code to ensure reliability and reproducibility.
• Maintain consistency and scalability across benchmark task distributions.
• Provide structured, written feedback on solution quality, clarity, and implementation approach.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a frontend software engineer working with React, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of frontend debugging, testing, and validation workflows.
• Comfort working with real-world codebases and production-style engineering challenges.
• Strong technical writing skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
