Department: 701 HR Location: Remote, Ireland Compensation: €70,000 - €80,000 / year Description We are seeking a Senior People Operations Manager to join our global HR function and play a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver people operations at scale in Europe region. This is a highly structured, impact-driven role where you will ensure HR operations across regions are standardized, compliant, and efficient, while supporting strategic global HR initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a data-driven, process-oriented environment, enjoys bringing order to complexity, and is motivated by ensuring that HR frameworks not only meet compliance standards but also enable business growth. You’ll be at the intersection of law, people operations, and global program delivery, making this role a key part of our People function’s success. Key Responsibilities
- Process Harmonization: support the implementation of consistent HR processes across countries, reducing administrative complexity while maintaining local compliance.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Partner with Legal and HR teams to proactively identify compliance gaps, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with employment laws (with a strong focus on EU and Irish regulations).
- Governance & Assurance: Support HR audits, risk assessments, and due diligence processes to strengthen internal governance.
- Global & Regional Program Delivery: Partner with the HR Leadership Team to roll out critical programs (e.g., EU Pay Transparency Directive, on-call frameworks, contractor models) and ensure successful adoption across regions.
- Employee Experience: Support engagement programs, organizational changes, and policy rollouts that are both compliant and people-centric.
- Data-Driven Insight: Use metrics and reporting to evaluate process effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and support decision-making at a global level.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 6+ years of HR Operations, HR Compliance, or HR Legal experience within an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR governance, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions (with emphasis on EU and Ireland).
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional HR projects, process design, and change management.
- Highly structured, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to simplify complexity into actionable processes.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Degree in Human Resources, Law, or Business Administration.
