Overview

The Investment Manager will support ELIRE Group’s capital raising, investment structuring, and financial strategy across infrastructure, clean energy, and maritime projects. This role blends hands-on financial modelling and analysis with strong commercial insight and stakeholder engagement. 

Working with the CFO and senior leadership, the Investment Manager will drive fundraising, partner assessment, investor materials, and transaction execution, bringing experience in asset and/or project finance and energy or infrastructure investments within a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesInvestment & Capital Raising

  • Support capital-raising activities across the Group, including debt, equity, and hybrid financing for infrastructure and clean energy projects.
  • Assist in developing financial models and investment memoranda to evaluate potential funding structures and returns.
  • Coordinate the preparation of investor presentations, information memoranda, and data room materials.
  • Engage with investors, lenders, and advisors to support ongoing discussions, due diligence, and deal structuring.
  • Contribute to the drafting and negotiation of term sheets, investment agreements, and financing documents under the direction of the CFO or CEO.

Partner Assessment & Commercial Support

  • Assist in the assessment of potential partners, clients, and project stakeholders through commercial and financial due diligence.
  • Work collaboratively with the commercial team to originate, evaluate, and structure new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Contribute to project feasibility studies, business case assessments, and sensitivity analyses for new ventures.
  • Liaise with engineering, energy, and technical teams to ensure that financial assumptions and models accurately reflect project realities.

Financial Modelling & Analysis

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models for project development, investment evaluation, and capital structuring.
  • Analyse investment risks, sensitivities, and performance metrics to support decision-making at both project and group level.
  • Contribute to group-level budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting as required.

Administrative & Transactional Support

  • Support the coordination of investor and partner communications, including the preparation of follow-up materials and meeting documentation.
  • Maintain organised records, project files, and data for ongoing fundraising and transaction activities.
  • Assist in tracking deal flow, investor engagement, and documentation across multiple active projects.
  • Ensure timely and accurate internal reporting and compliance with financial procedures.

Candidate Profile & RequirementsRequired Experience & Skills

  • 5–10 years’ experience in investment management, corporate finance, or project finance within the energy, infrastructure, or related sectors.
  • Strong capability in financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis (Excel, financial software, or equivalent tools).
  • Experience preparing investor materials, financial models, and due diligence documentation for capital-raising or M&A processes.
  • Understanding of the stakeholders, regulatory frameworks, and financing mechanisms typical in energy, power, or infrastructure projects.
  • Solid accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial reporting and accounting and tax treatment at TopCo and project level.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including finance, commercial, legal, and technical departments.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational capability, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

  • Experience negotiating or contributing to term sheets, shareholder agreements, or financing contracts.
  • Prior involvement in ports, maritime, or clean energy projects is advantageous.
