Join KnowledgePoint as a Project Manager and help shape high‑impact programs that support our global clients in the learning industry.
As a Project Manager at KnowledgePoint, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering projects and programs that drive real value for our clients. You’ll ensure strategic alignment, lead with solid governance, and create an outstanding stakeholder experience from start to finish. Your success will be measured not just in the timelines you meet, but in the quality, accuracy, and trusted relationships you build along the way.
What you’ll do:
You’ll lead a diverse portfolio of projects and programs, where you will:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple initiatives aligned with business and client goals
- Establish project governance, reporting structures, and benefit‑realisation processes
- Monitor and drive project performance, identifying risks and ensuring issues are resolved early
- Partner with internal teams and external clients to ensure clarity, alignment, and delivery
- Develop and support communications, enablement materials, and collateral
- Lead briefings and training for internal and external stakeholders
- Source, manage, and collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage project budgets and track KPIs to ensure strong outcomes
- Contribute ideas and insights to the strategic direction of KnowledgePoint and client programs
International travel may be required to attend meetings and events with clients and the KnowledgePoint team.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30, with occasional adjustments for operational needs. The role is fully virtual giving you flexibility to influence your work location.
