About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting. In this role, you will evaluate financial data, develop forecasts, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support variance analysis and identify key business drivers
• Partner with cross-functional teams on budgeting and planning
• Assist in long-term financial planning and scenario analysis
• Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables)
• Knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP)
• Experience in corporate finance, investment, or consulting environments
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) a plus
