Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a B2B Outbound Sales professional specializing in experiential marketing, located in Glasgow City with some work from home flexibility. The individual will be responsible for proactive outbound sales activities, lead generation, and managing communications with potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying target clients, making outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and closing sales deals. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships. OTE - 45k (30k + Commission) Qualifications
- Experience in Outbound Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Proven Sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting
- Experience in experiential marketing or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
