Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Operations and sales position for Inbound Nordic markets. Solid knowledbe of Nordic ( Norway, Demark, Sweden, Finland and Iceland) as a Tourist destination is a must. Will be responsible for curating, designing, booking and arranging travel accommodations, and delivering exceptional customer service, including preparations of Handing over documents ( Tech itinerary, Vouchers and reconfirmations).

Qualifications

• Costing and designing of itineraries -FIT and groups.
• Experience in bookings wrt various vendore.
• Experience in using Bokun, City break
• Customer Service skills
• Reservations management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of travel destinations and attractions in the Nordic region
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Work experience of a min 2 years in operations dealing with Nordics.
