Sales & Business Development Manager – Robotics (Poland-Based Candidates Only)

NACHI Robotics Europe is expanding in the Polish market. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Sales & Business Development Manager to develop the market and establish NACHI’s robotics business in Poland.

This role carries exceptional long-term potential. The selected candidate will build the market from the ground up and grow into the Country Manager position as the organization develops.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand NACHI’s robotics presence across Poland
• Build and manage relationships with system integrators, OEMs and key industrial customers
• Drive robot sales and identify strategic market opportunities
• Represent NACHI Robotics within the Polish automation ecosystem
• Support the long-term development of the Poland organization

Profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in industrial robotics, automation or related industrial technology
• Strong commercial mindset with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach
• Fluent Polish and English are required
• Home office based within Poland, with willingness to travel
• Applications from outside Poland will not be considered
