About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, structured and commercially minded Growth Associate to help build and run P2S’s go-to-market engine around industrial subscription and As-a-Service business models.
This is not a classic high-volume sales role. We are looking for someone who can research the right companies, identify the right people, spot market signals, write thoughtful outreach and turn our white papers, insights and network into qualified conversations.
P2S is currently in the process of implementing a new tech stack across CRM, outbound, signal monitoring and AI tooling. The Growth Associate will play an active role in deploying these tools, testing what works, and proposing improvements. We are looking for someone who welcomes change and contributes ideas rather than waiting for fully defined processes.
You will work directly with the partners of the firm, at the intersection of sales, research, thought leadership, community building and CRM execution.
You will help us reach:
· Industry experts who can validate and enrich our white papers.
· Practitioners working on As-a-Service, servitisation, recurring revenue or circular business models.
· Potential clients where a relevant trigger creates a good reason to start a conversation.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You will work independently, improve how we do things and help shape how P2S grows.
This is a hybrid role. You'll spend roughly 50% of your time on outbound and CRM, 30% on community and expert outreach, and 20% on LinkedIn and content engagement. The exact mix will evolve as the team grows and the tech stack matures.
What you'll doOutbound and signal-based outreach. Map target accounts by industry and decision-maker, monitor strategic signals (leadership changes, M&A, product launches, sustainability pushes), and run tailored outreach sequences. We don't do volume outbound - we do sharp, timed messages with a real reason to reach out.
Community and thought leadership support. Help grow our community of As-a-Service practitioners - the PaaS Club, our peer-to-peer network of subscription and servitisation leaders in industrial firms. Reach out to industry experts, book interviews, capture insights that feed our research and white papers.
LinkedIn and inbound activation. Track engagement on our LinkedIn content and white paper campaigns, qualify high-intent downloads and inbound leads, and route warm contacts to the partners.
CRM and process discipline. Keep the CRM clean, structured and actionable - every lead with a source, a relevance reason, an owner and a next action. Help shape and improve our outbound, signal-monitoring and AI tech stack as we roll it out.
What We’re Looking ForEducation & experience
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Sales, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
· 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, consulting, market research, marketing, venture building or similar.
· Exposure to product-heavy sectors such as manufacturing, industrial equipment, energy, HVAC, packaging, robotics or medical devices is a plus.
· Experience with subscription, SaaS, servitisation, circular economy or As-a-Service models is a plus.
Core skills
· Research & qualification - You can find relevant people, companies and signals.
· Commercial judgement - You know the difference between a strong prospect and a random contact.
· Clear writing - You write short, personalised and professional outreach messages in English.
· Structured execution - You are disciplined with CRM, follow-ups and next steps.
· Curiosity - You enjoy understanding how industrial companies work and make money.
· Autonomy - You work independently, ask smart questions and improve processes.
· Tech & AI proficiency - You are comfortable using LinkedIn, Claude, Apollo, Attio and AI tools.
· People skills - You can interact with senior professionals in a credible and friendly way.
Nice-to-have
· Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Claude, Attio or similar tools.
· Experience writing outbound emails or LinkedIn messages.
· Experience organising webinars, communities, roundtables or events.
· German or French in addition to English.
What This Role Is Not
This is not a pure cold-calling, mass-emailing, marketing-only, senior closing or theoretical research role.
It is a hybrid Growth execution role across research, outreach, CRM, LinkedIn, follow-up, community support and partner support. If you need a fully scripted job with repetitive tasks, this is probably not the right fit.
What Success Looks Like
· After six months, success means:
· P2S has an active outreach engine around priority white papers.
· Experts are being interviewed and referring us to useful people.
· Practitioners are joining PaaS Club conversations.
· Target accounts are mapped by industry, function and signal.
· White paper downloads and LinkedIn interactions are followed up.
· The CRM is clean, useful and up to date.
· P2S has a steady flow of qualified conversations with relevant industrial companies.
