The Role

You will be part of a friendly, close-knit finance team who really get a lot done. • Handle employee expense claims, process expenses in NetSuite, and prepare related payment batches
  • Prepare customer invoices and post all revenue transactions in NetSuite
  • Post journal entries, supplier invoices, customer credits, and related financial data
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable and manage debt collection
  • Prepare bi-monthly VAT returns
  • Complete bank reconciliations
  • Manage the shared finance inbox and respond to internal/external queries

Skills, knowledge, behaviours and experience

  • Essential to have previous experience using NetSuite
  • Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA)
  • Must have prior experience in Accounts Payable, Revenue posting, and general bookkeeping
  • Must have a good working level of English, to C1 level on the European framework of languages.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Ireland (we do not hold a sponsorship licence)

Our recruitment process

We believe great teams are built on diversity, respect and equal opportunity. At Publisher Collective, everyone is welcome. If you need any adjustments at any stage of the process, just let us know at hr@publisher-collective.com, we want every candidate to have the chance to show their best.

We do not believe in lengthy million-stage processes. If your application shows that you meet the requirements of the role, we will hold an initial 30 minute informal interview with you to get to know you and your motivation for the role. After that, there will be a 60 minute more formal interview to explore your skills and experience in more depth.
