Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design scalable Workday solutions.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, Talent).
  • Lead end-to-end Workday implementation or enhancement projects, including requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Create and manage Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, data security, and governance standards.
  • Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, and user training to optimize Workday adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements.
  • Stay up to date on Workday releases, new features, and industry best practices.

  • Experience configuring Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) and custom reports.
  • Proficiency in Workday security configuration, calculated fields, and business process framework.
