CRM Manager (all genders)

You've mastered the hands-on side of performance marketing. You can get into Google or Meta, interrogate an account and quickly work out what's happening. You don't just know that CPA increased or ROAS dropped. You want to understand why, form a hypothesis, test it and turn what you learn into growth. Now you want more ownership. More influence. A bigger challenge. And the opportunity to help build something rather than simply inherit somebody else's playbook. We're partnering with a fast-growing European consumer brand that has built a strong DTC business in Germany and is now preparing for its next chapter of international growth. They're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to help lead it. You'll take ownership of €150k+ in monthly spend across Google, Meta and Microsoft, with investment expected to increase as the business scales. But this isn't about keeping the existing machine running. You'll have the freedom to question it. There are established accounts, years of data and a successful customer proposition, but also significant opportunity to improve account structure, tracking, Shopping and PMax, product feeds, testing, automation and how data is used to make decisions. One of your biggest challenges will be taking a brand that has successfully acquired within its core audience and helping it reach the much larger mainstream market. At the same time, the business is moving towards a subscription-first model, so you'll be thinking beyond today's conversion. New customer acquisition, retention, LTV and the quality of growth all matter. You'll work directly with the Head of Ecommerce, but they aren't looking for someone who simply executes ideas. They want a sparring partner. Someone who brings their own perspective, challenges assumptions and can say, "This isn't working. Here's why I think that is, and here's what we should test next." You'll need to be genuinely hands-on and technically strong across both Google Ads and Meta, with experience managing meaningful six-figure budgets in a DTC/FMCG environment. Pet experience would be brilliant, but it isn't essential. Supplements, health & wellness, food & beverage or another physical, repeat-purchase consumer category could be just as relevant. And this role should get bigger. The business is beginning its expansion beyond its core German-speaking markets, with further European markets ahead. The opportunity is to take what works in Germany, improve it, and then help build the performance engine that can be replicated internationally. As that happens, this role can evolve from a senior, hands-on operator into a global performance leader, with additional talent built around you. So if you still love getting into the detail, but you're ready for more ownership, international exposure and the chance to build the next stage of a DTC growth story, we should talk. At OnTheGoSystems, the company behind WPML, Toolset, and PTC, we're looking for an experienced, hands-on marketer who wants real ownership and the freedom to get things done. We're reshaping how marketing works at OTGS and looking for someone who can understand the business, spot opportunities, and turn ideas into action. This is not a role where you'll only create strategies or manage others - we need someone who enjoys doing the work themselves. We'd especially love to meet someone with experience in a SaaS, software, or WordPress environment who is comfortable working with technical products and customers. Requirements What we're looking for You don't need to be an expert in every area of marketing. We're looking for someone who is versatile, curious, and comfortable taking ownership - someone who can move across different areas, learn quickly, and figure out what needs attention. AI is a core part of how we work at OTGS. We'd like to work with someone who already uses AI as a practical part of their day-to-day marketing work - through agents, automation, integrations, research, analysis, content workflows, campaigns, or other applications. You'll have a lot of autonomy. We expect you to take the time to understand our products, customers, market, and competitors, use data and your experience to identify where marketing can make an impact, and then take those ideas through to execution. You'll have the freedom to suggest ideas, experiment, challenge assumptions, and help shape our marketing direction, while taking ownership of the work and its results. Benefits Why Join Us OnTheGoSystems is a profitable, self-funded product company growing since 2007. WPML powers more than 1.5 million websites worldwide. You'll have real ownership and the freedom to help build our marketing approach, work directly with our CEO and product teams, experiment with AI, and turn your ideas into real marketing initiatives. We care about the people we work with and want to support them beyond their day-to-day work. Along with the flexibility of working remotely, we offer perks and benefits that support both work and life. If you enjoy hands-on marketing, AI, autonomy, technical products, and figuring out what to do next instead of waiting to be told, we'd love to hear from you.

Senior Amazon DSP Specialist (m/w/d)

Nearly 200,000 women follow this brand on Instagram. Over 100,000 of them take its collagen every single morning, without fail. Not one of them has anywhere to talk to each other about it. Yet. That's the job. You'll launch the private Facebook group from zero, own organic social across Instagram and TikTok, and turn an existing roster of creators into content people actually stop scrolling for. The group hasn't launched for one reason: they were waiting for the right person, not the right plan. Ads got this brand from zero to six figures of loyal daily users. They won't get it to the next stage. That takes a brand women feel something for, and that's what you're being hired to build. This is a fully remote, full-time role. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

A blank page. No community to inherit, no legacy playbook, no house style to work around.

Budget from day one. For creators, events and tools.

Ownership of how the brand feels. Voice, taste, content, community, all yours.

Direct access to leadership. Pitch it Monday, run it Wednesday.

Fully remote, with laptop and home office setup covered.

Vitality private health insurance and free product every month.

WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO

Launch the private Facebook group from zero and give thousands of women a reason to show up weekly.

Build the routes in. Post-purchase flows, packaging, email and social all become doors into the community.

Own the organic content calendar across Instagram and TikTok. The bar is content that stands on its own merits, not repurposed and creative.

Show up in the comments, DMs and replies daily. Being visibly present is the cheapest loyalty lever there is.

Lead the brand-building side of influencer and creator content, working alongside the influencer team to make the brand feel like the quality choice.

Design and run brand events from scratch. Meet-ups, member events, partnership moments, whatever gets customers in a room.

Recruit and develop community champions so the community scales past one person.

Attack retention inside the community: consistency, expectations on results, flavour fatigue, feeling unsupported.

Feed customer language, objections and success stories back to creative, email and product.

WHO YOU ARE

You have 2+ years in community management, organic social or brand content, ideally in D2C health, wellness or beauty.

You've run a branded Facebook group or a comparable owned community (Discord, Circle, Skool, a forum) and can walk through exactly how it grew.

You've directed and produced content that reads as brand rather than advertising, and you can tell the difference instantly.

You've managed content budgets and briefed creators.

You've worked inside a subscription business and understand what actually keeps people subscribed.

You can explain what your community work did for retention, not just for engagement.

You are comfortable being present every day rather than in weekly bursts.

Head of Brand & Community

About RemotePass RemotePass is transforming the way businesses hire, manage, and pay global teams. Recognized as one of G2's Top 100 Fastest Growing Software Products, we help companies break down geographical barriers, simplify compliance, and connect with top talent worldwide. Our platform enables high performing remote teams to thrive from hiring and onboarding to payroll and compliance. We're backed by world-class investors including Endeavor Catalyst, Khwarizmi Ventures, Oraseya Capital, Flyer One Ventures, Access Bridge Ventures, A15, Swiss Founders Fund, and Plug & Play. The role We're not hiring a traditional SEO content strategist. If your pitch is "I grow organic traffic," this isn't the role for you. We're looking for someone who lives at the intersection of old-school SEO and where content is actually heading: ranking in AI engines, showing up on the platforms people are searching inside of now (think YouTube, Reddit), and using our own first-party data to build content and tools that drive pipeline, not just impressions. You'll own our content strategy end to end and report directly to our Head of Marketing. Our Technical SEO Lead handles everything technical, so you don't need to be a technical SEO, you need to be someone who's hungry, scrappy, and genuinely curious about how content and discovery are changing right now. We want someone comfortable building their own tools, and someone who thinks commercially: leads and pipeline first, vanity metrics a distant second. If you're hungry to figure things out in real time, and already experimenting with AI tools to build and scale content, we want to talk. What You'll Do

Own our content strategy end to end, across blogs, guides, landing pages, emails, case studies, and resources

Focus on how we rank and appear in AI engines and third-party platforms (YouTube, Reddit, and beyond), not just traditional search

Use our first-party data to shape content decisions and identify what to double down on

Build your own tools for content creation and lead capture, using AI tools and a scrappy, hands-on approach rather than waiting on product/dev support

Dig into analytics to understand what's actually performing and why, then replicate it

Partner with our Technical SEO Lead on keyword/topic alignment, while owning the content strategy yourself

Brief and manage designers, writers, and other contributors to bring content to life

Track and report on leads, pipeline, and AI-visibility metrics, not just traffic and impressions

Build both on page and off page SEO including internal linking, link building and third party brand mentions

Requirements What you'll bring

5+ years of SEO/content experience in B2B with a deep understanding of B2B fundamentals

A genuinely AI-first mindset: you're already using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity in your workflow, and ideally already experimenting with AI-visibility tools (we use Profound and are adopting Athena)

Comfort building your own lightweight tools rather than waiting on engineering support

A commercial mindset — you think in leads and pipeline, not just traffic and rankings

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English

Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and owning deliverables end to end

A "figuring it out as we go" mentality — this space is moving fast and nobody has it fully solved yet, we want someone energized by that, not someone with a fixed playbook

Nice to have

Experience creating localized/international content (EMEA/MENA/GCC markets)

Familiarity with remote work, HR, payroll, or compliance topics

Benefits Why Join RemotePass?

Remote-First Culture: We don't just sell remote work; we live it. Enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere

Hyper-Growth: Be part of a company that is consistently recognized for its rapid expansion and innovation

Inclusion Matters: We are committed to building a diverse team. We value different perspectives and empower every individual to bring their authentic self to work
