We’re looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to help shape the way we promote our games and present our brand to partners. This role sits within the Marketing Squad and has direct impact on how Playson is seen across channels.
To further strengthen our creative function, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Designer - a mature and structured professional who will drive the development of our marketing visuals and support the growth of the Graphic Artist stream. 

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
<ul>

5+ years of professional experience as a Marketing, UI/UX Designer
</li>
<li>
Experience working with brand identity (logos, branding, templates), banner ads, animated banners, landing pages, and storyboards for video production
</li>

Knowledge and understanding of design trends, meaningful and smart design concepts, critical thinking ("why am I doing this?"), research skills, as well as expertise in composition, grids, typography, color theory, and their impact on design, including working with AI
</li>
<li>
Excellent proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, After Effects, Blender, XD
</li>
<li>
Knowledge of usability principles and techniques
</li>
<li>
Experience working with contractors and production companies in BTL by delivering design materials for print &amp; production

Understanding of principles of brand display and consistency in BTL design.

You will be the dedicated marketing lead for Cloud Native and the primary point of contact for turning product and partnership work into market-facing content and campaigns. What You&apos;ll Do <ul><li>Develop positioning and messaging that clearly connects Percona&apos;s Kubernetes software with its Support and Services offerings, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams. </li><li>Own go-to-market strategy and launch execution for new releases, features, and service offerings across the portfolio. </li><li>Create and maintain GTM assets, including web pages, datasheets, case studies, white papers, and sales enablement materials. </li><li>Engage with the open-source community, partners, and customers to strengthen Percona&apos;s Kubernetes market presence, generate customer insights, and drive service adoption. </li><li>Build customer evidence through interviews, Jobs-to-be-Done research, case studies, testimonials, and other proof points. </li><li>Influence product strategy and roadmap by bringing together customer feedback, market insights, and competitive analysis. </li><li>Optimize marketing effectiveness through audience segmentation, campaign performance analysis, and data-driven recommendations. </li><li>Partner with Digital Marketing to maximize the impact of content, SEO, PPC, email, social media, and other demand generation channels. </li></ul>What You&apos;ll Bring <ul><li>Technical background or familiarity with Database management or the Kubernetes software market is a plus. </li><li>2+ years of experience in go-to-market, product marketing, or solution-focused roles. </li><li>Product Marketing Alliance or Pragmatic (or any other PMM) certification is a plus</li><li>Solid understanding of customer buying journeys and decision-making processes. </li><li>Strong data analysis skills to drive segmentation and performance tracking for demand generation. </li><li>Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation abilities. </li><li>Proven experience aligning messaging and value propositions with customer and sales needs, including communication with prospects, partners, and industry analysts. </li><li>Fluency in English (written and spoken). </li><li>A data-driven mindset. Role DescriptionAs Head of Growth, you will own user acquisition, activation, and retention end-to-end across our European and US markets, reporting directly to the founder. Your first mandate is to take the growth playbook that worked in Europe and scale it faster in the US, then help expand it across new corridors and products as we build the financial OS for global Indians. You will own the metrics that define the business &#x2014; CAC, LTV, and payback &#x2014; and build the growth engine and the team behind them. You&apos;ll set full-funnel strategy across paid, organic, referral, influencer, and product-led channels; stand up the attribution and data foundation that ties every euro and dollar of spend to real transfers; and partner closely with product on positioning, corridor expansion, and what we build next. Day to day you&apos;ll move fluidly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution &#x2014; pulling cohorts yourself, designing referral and community-led growth loops, running experiments, and getting to the ground with the NRI diaspora communities that drive our word-of-mouth. You will lead a team of strong existing operators across influencer, content, affiliate, and hire the rest of the function around your vision. This is a senior, remote-first leadership role for someone who wants to turn a loved, community-led product into a disciplined, exponential growth machine. Qualifications<ul><li>5&#x2013;7+ years in growth or performance marketing, including a senior leadership stint at a B2C fintech, payments, or neobank (e.g. Revolut, Wise, Remitly, CRED, Jupiter, PhonePe, Groww or similar).</li><li>Hands-on growth experience across both European and US markets, with a clear understanding of how acquisition, trust, and regulation differ between them.</li><li>Proven ownership of company-level growth economics &#x2014; CAC, LTV, and payback &#x2014; with specific results you personally drove.</li><li>Deep instinct for the Indian consumer and the NRI mindset: the culture, the trust dynamics, and the emotion of managing a financial life across two countries.</li><li>Creative well beyond paid channels &#x2014; referral loops, receiver-side mechanics, diaspora community, and product-led growth &#x2014; paired with the discipline to grow efficiently on a lean budget.</li><li>Strong, self-serve analytical skills: you work directly with data, dashboards, and cohorts to find the insight rather than wait for a report.</li><li>Experience building and leading growth teams, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, founder-led startup where you own outcomes end-to-end.</li><li>A go-getter who is happy to go to the ground &#x2014; meet users, sit in community groups, and run growth from the field, not just a dashboard.</li><li>Background in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or a related field; remittance or cross-border payments experience is a strong plus.</li></ul>
